Your PowerPoint presentation can be transformed into the powerful marketing tool it was meant to be. But it’s much more than a simple redesign; we take a strategic approach to presentation design. Here’s the process:
We review your deck to define your most important messages and to determine where improvements could be made.
2. Meeting/Conference Call
The purpose of this meeting or call is to give us a better understanding of your business and the technology you employ. We discuss your clients’ pains and how you solve them, determine your main messages, and figure out how your presentation should look.
3. Designing your PowerPoint Theme
Your deck should look like your other marketing materials, such as your website, case studies, white papers, brochures, etc. If necessary, we work with you to design a custom PowerPoint theme for your presentation.
Once you have a branded theme, we write the script for your presentation. We create a story to introduce you to your audience and to give them something to envision as you communicate your message.
5. Presentation Design
After we’ve finalized the script, we start working on the slides. Photos and other graphics are used to simplify complicated processes, and the amount of text on each slide is reduced. If it helps you to communicate better, animated sequences are designed during this phase.
6. Edit Phase
We fine-tune your presentation and make sure that all of your key talking points have been covered.
When we have completed all of your edits you will receive your finished deck.
How much is this going to cost?
There are no fixed prices for presentation design because every project is different. I can tell you, however, that my usual minimum engagement is $1,000.
